Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rendering Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our graphics development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality rendering techniques and technologies to deliver exceptional visual experiences in our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced rendering techniques and technologies to achieve exceptional visual fidelity and performance in our games.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of rendering solutions with other game development components.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality C++ code, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to the development of our game's technical direction, working closely with our leadership team to identify and prioritize key technical initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Rendering Engineer in AAA game development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality rendering solutions.
  • World-class expertise in rendering techniques and technologies, including experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
  • Exceptional skills in C++ programming, including code optimization, debugging, and profiling.
  • Deep understanding of code architecture and best practices, with a strong focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
  • Experience working on open-world or highly immersive titles, with a strong focus on visual fidelity and performance.
  • Experience working on current generation consoles, with a deep understanding of their technical capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience mentoring other engineers, with a strong focus on knowledge sharing and team growth.
