We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team at SOHO Coffee Shops Ltd. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate our front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to provide excellent service and meet our brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
