Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Barchester and our state-of-the-art home in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responsible for all sales activity for the home, including engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone and providing informative tours of the home.
  • Responding to sales enquiries and actively generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities.
  • Maintaining a contacts database.
