We are a global business with significant growth and are now seeking an experienced Senior Technologist to lead our engineering projects.

As a Senior Technologist, you will play a critical role in advancing our engineering initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative technologies within the company. This position is responsible for leading technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the development and enhancement of systems related to kilns, furnaces, recycling, thermal processing, energy recovery, and nuclear industries.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and participate in the design and development of technologies related to kilns, furnaces, recycling, thermal processing, energy recovery, and nuclear industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to advise on customer projects, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to support project decisions.
  • Mentor design engineers and field engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or a related field).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technology or engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of processes and associated technologies related to kilns, furnaces, recycling, thermal processing, energy recovery, and nuclear industries.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, including sales.

**Benefits**

  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
