Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Legal Advisor to join our team at Score Group.

As a key member of our legal and contracts department, you will be responsible for carrying out contractual analysis and providing feedback to the business on legal and commercial risk.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement and legal processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer an attractive benefits package, including a contributory pension, excellent bonuses, and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out contract analysis and reviews of general terms and conditions for sale and purchase to evaluate contractual risk.
  • Providing feedback to colleagues on the analysis carried out and assisting in negotiating contracts to gain more favourable contractual terms.
  • Attending meetings with customers and suppliers to provide contractual guidance.
  • Liaising with commercial and finance teams on all relevant matters pertaining to contractual analysis, including tax implications, performance bonds, and insurance matters.
