Job Title: Associate Director, Asset Management

Norse Consulting is a national, award-winning property consultancy delivering high-profile commissions to a range of public and private sector clients across the UK.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Estates Team, providing estates and asset management services to a range of clients. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in managing property professional and technical staff specialising in property management and the provision of the valuation and estates management service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide inspirational leadership, management, and direction in a manner consistent with the Group values.
  2. Ensure the effective day-to-day management and provide robust performance management of the team.
  3. Work in conjunction with all clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies in accordance with the client's corporate plans.
  4. Liaise with clients in support of Estate & Asset Management initiatives.
  5. Responsible for monitoring the income and expenditure of the team.
  6. Provide proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients on all property issues.
  7. Ensure the valuation Team business plan and financial targets are achieved.
  8. Ensure effective managing and resourcing of work and inspire a culture of excellent and continuous improvement.
  9. Fee earning and contribute to the achievement of the Estates business plan objectives and targets.
  10. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade of the post including frequent travel to other offices as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline.
  • Previous experience in managing a Team and/or management responsibilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Willing to travel to different offices outside of Norwich.
