Job Title: Mechanical Installation Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Installation Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our main machinery, shaft alignment, props, and engines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of mechanical technicians, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance operations for main machinery, shaft alignment, props, and engines.
- Support Mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning, with proven experience within a supervisory or managerial role.
- Develop and implement best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Lead a team of mechanical technicians to ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipment.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective maintenance and operation of equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and coach team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
