**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Central Supplier Admin Team in Darlington. This role focuses on managing and resolving issues surrounding breakdowns, tyres and windscreens efficiently and effectively, primarily through administrative tasks. A key attribute for success in this role is attention to detail, as you investigate the root cause of the issues, gather evidence to support any charges incurred, analyse supplier reports, and determine the fault.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and resolve issues surrounding breakdowns, tyres and windscreens efficiently and effectively
* Investigate the root cause of issues and gather evidence to support any charges incurred
* Analyse supplier reports and determine the fault
* Work closely with the Central Supplier Admin Team to resolve issues

**What We Offer**

* A great basic salary starting from £22,369.35 per annum, with the opportunity to increase to up to £25,345.41 as your experience grows with us
* Hybrid working - you'll be provided with a company laptop and on completion of your probationary period and once you're competent in the role you'll have the flexibility to work from home
* Annual leave - start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service
* Public holidays and an extra day's leave to celebrate your birthday
