Job Title: Customer Service Manager Technical

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager Technical to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate site technical standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  2. Support and guide the site TM, QA manager, QA team, and Operations teams in technical requirements and standards.
  3. Assist internal departments in reviewing and revising procedures and records as they affect technical requirements.
  4. Communicate within the Business to ensure all stakeholders are aware of and adhere to technical standards required by customers.
  5. Coordinate and cascade customer changes as they affect policy or product to ensure ongoing internal compliance with customer requirements.
  6. Ensure technical compliance to customer requirements by monitoring and inputting into relevant technical systems.
  7. Coordinate and communicate customer technical targets, priorities, and objectives; making them relevant to the business.
  8. Identify technical opportunities that would benefit the business and its customers, and implement related project work.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in customer service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
