We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to join our team on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to develop your skills and progress your career with a leading food and support services provider.

As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer care and cleanliness throughout the operation. You will work closely with other teams, including housekeeping, restaurants, and banqueting, to ensure seamless service delivery.

This role involves assisting with various tasks, such as:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, including the lobby
  • Helping to set up rooms or move furniture as required
  • Handling reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations
  • Responding to customer requests and providing excellent customer service
  • Running errands and completing administrative tasks
  • Ensuring customer safety by placing and removing signs indicating wet floors or paints

To succeed in this role, you will need to be adaptable, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work under pressure. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary (£20,500 - £23,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities.
