Structures and Rail Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and completing PQQs for Structures and Rail
- Managing tender documents using clients document system and uploading onto internal system (OneDrive / Teams) for use of all internal parties involved in the tender process
- Reviewing ITT information & producing project overview presentation for Tender Launch meeting
- Developing tender submission documents, collating tender return information and presenting in agreed format
- Managing and updating project photo library for use in tender submission
- Using agreed format developing and produced technical literature for project case studies / capability statements
The ideal candidate will have good understanding/capabilities in the use of document control software/portals, publishing software, Revit/AutoCAD model management, and be able to write responses to tender questions having consulted the relevant experts.
