Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Conduct regular taste tests to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.

Essential Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Chef or equivalent role.
  • Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking methods, and menu planning strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Food Safety certification (Level 4 or higher preferred).
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
