Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Production Operative to join our team at Manpower UK - RISE. As a Cell Production Specialist, you will be responsible for operating high-speed machinery, quality checking products, and working towards daily targets in a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed machinery to assist in the production of rubber products.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Work towards daily targets to optimize production efficiency.
- Perform physical and manual handling tasks as required.
- Work various 8-hour shift patterns, including rotating shifts, to meet the needs of our production schedule.
Shift Patterns:
We operate a 4-week rotating shift pattern, with shifts ranging from 14:00 to 22:00 and 06:00 to 14:00. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
