We are seeking a talented Radar Technical Services Engineer to join our team at Leonardo.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the Captor-M Radar, Captor-E Radar, Tornado Nose Radar, and Raven Radar Field Service Engineering community in line with contractual requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of airborne Radar RF electronic technology, performance, and operational concepts, as well as previous experience in front-line customer support.

You will interact with a range of technical and non-technical project stakeholders across multiple disciplines and provide off-site support to UK and Overseas Customer sites and Airforce Main Operating Bases.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. We offer a competitive salary package of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working hours, private healthcare, and access to over 4,000 online courses via Coursera and LinkedIn Learning.

Please note that this is a hybrid working role, with both onsite and remote work required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to the Captor-M Radar, Captor-E Radar, Tornado Nose Radar, and Raven Radar Field Service Engineering community.
  • Interact with technical and non-technical project stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Provide off-site support to UK and Overseas Customer sites and Airforce Main Operating Bases.
  • Manage workload in pressurised environments, across multiple tasks, ensuring a quality output to meet customer demands.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in front-line customer support.
  • Knowledge of airborne Radar RF electronic technology, performance, and operational concepts.
  • Previous experience in Fast Jet, including Typhoon or Tornado aircraft.
