Location: Rotherham
Salary: £52,467 + 10% bonus + £4980 per annum car allowance
Permanent Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join an established engineering business in the Macclesfield.
Omega Resource Group is a leading employment agency specialising in opportunities at all levels within the Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Defence, Scientific, Oil & Gas, Construction and Manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Health and safety first and foremost, ensuring compliance with company health and safety procedures.
- Create maintenance plans for all sites
- Communicating clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
- Travelling between 8 UK sites, which could include time away from home.
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance. This includes completing working orders and reporting faults on the CMMS.
- Assisting with Maintenance Projects.
- Supporting sites when engineers are unavailable due to holidays, sickness and absence.
- Reviewing & controlling the computerised maintenance management system, including compliance.
- Ordering and maintaining spare parts including critical spares.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of yourself and your team.
- Working with quality, operations and sales functions to deliver outstanding customer service
- Engineering background, proficient in interpreting drawings.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities.
- Possesses effective communication skills.
- Pension - match contribution from 4% - 10%
