Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Omega Resource Group Careers. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role in a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for all sites, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including site teams, management, and external partners.
- Travel between 8 UK sites, requiring occasional overnight stays.
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance, including completing work orders and reporting faults on the computerized maintenance management system.
- Assist with maintenance projects and provide support to sites when engineers are unavailable.
- Review and control the computerized maintenance management system, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Order and maintain spare parts, including critical spares, to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge, ensuring self and team are up-to-date with industry developments.
- Collaborate with quality, operations, and sales functions to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
