Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including site managers, engineers, and other team members.
- Travel between 8 UK sites, including time away from home.
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance, including completing work orders and reporting faults on the CMMS.
- Assist with maintenance projects and support sites when engineers are unavailable.
- Review and control the computerised maintenance management system, including compliance.
- Order and maintain spare parts, including critical spares.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of yourself and your team.
- Work with quality, operations, and sales functions to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Engineering background, proficient in interpreting drawings.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities.
- Possesses effective communication skills.
- Pension - match contribution from 4% - 10%.
