Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the day-to-day performance of D365 meets business needs and introduce new functionality to the tool.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure back-end integrations work as designed.
- Contribute to team performance against agreed objectives and performance indicators.
- Develop and support custom Dynamics CRM solutions using D365.
- Build new and troubleshoot existing plug-ins, extensions, solutions, business logic, and other custom development as required.
Requirements:
- Background in Microsoft CRM development and customisation, preferably on Dynamics 365.
- Expertise in CRM integrations, with specific experience in Scribe & Click Dimensions advantageous.
- Web technologies - Microsoft.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, VSTS.
