About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including trade sales, private equity investments, debt-funded management buy-outs, and employee ownership trusts.

  • You will oversee the preparation of Information Memoranda and conduct buyer research for sales projects.
  • Prepare and review financial analyses, as well as write reports in connection with due diligence assignments.
  • Involvement in business development opportunities, networking, and marketing initiatives.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus hybrid & flexible working, birthday leave, professional subscription, and much more.

To be considered for this role, you should possess an ACA/ACCA/CA qualification.
