About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care team on a 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients and their carers to analyze their needs and develop solutions to promote their wellbeing, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop support plans to help individuals develop and sustain their capacities for independent living.
- Work with clients and carers to identify goals that promote their wellbeing, dignity, and independence.
- Provide high-quality occupational, environmental, and social care assessments and analysis within set timescales.
Requirements:
- Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and HCPC registration.
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults and their carers.
