Join Ground Control as a Contract Delivery Manager

Ground Control, a certified B-Corp, is seeking a skilled Contract Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of our contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programme delivery, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a contract area of our framework agreement, with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Lead a team of project managers to achieve project targets and deliver high-quality results.
  • Resolve landowner complaints and train new project managers.
  • Embed a safety culture throughout the assigned region and achieve zero lost-time accidents.
  • Participate in internal programming and planning meetings.
