About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Delivery Manager to join our team at UK Ground Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a contract area of our framework agreement, driving programme delivery, and ensuring work is completed to the highest possible standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective contract shutdown, project planning, and delivery to ensure project manager targets are achieved.
  • Satisfactorily resolve all landowner complaints in assigned regions.
  • Train and mentor new project managers and junior project managers.
  • Achieve a high level of safety awareness and employee/field team safety accountability throughout the assigned region.
  • Lead internal programming and planning meetings.
