Overview of the Role: We are seeking an experienced Paramedic to join our team at HMP Featherstone, a category C Prison located in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time position that requires a legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis.

Salary and Benefits: The annual salary for this role is up to £40,211.00 per annum - depending on experience. Our benefits package includes bespoke induction, regional and national career development opportunities, and additional vetting and security checks.

About the Job: As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing outstanding evidence-based care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs. You will deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries. You will also play an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care following our policies and procedures.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have proven post-registration ambulance experience and evidence of continued professional development. Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
