HSBC is seeking a Calculation Control Framework Specialist to lead the Calculation Compliance Assessment programme. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and complete reporting across the Group.

The successful candidate will have senior project/programme management experience, with a proven track record of establishing new operating models and governance. They will also have demonstrable experience of working within a regulatory reporting environment, controls and tooling implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Tooling (Appian tool for CCA standardised workflow)
  • Ensure clear and prioritised scope for CCA deliverables in 2025
  • Manage assigned change resources
  • Prepare 2026 budget

Skills and Experience:

  • Senior Project/Programme management experience
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a regulatory reporting environment
  • Experience of managing, leading and motivating a team

Estimated Salary: £963.24 per day (umbrella company rate)

This is a 12-month contract based in London, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
