About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Vehicle Safety Engineer to join our team at QinetiQ Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering, with experience working on military land vehicles and equipment.

The role involves providing safety engineering expertise to deliver defined artefacts in support of projects to our clients. This includes examining evidence to support a safety argument, using safety engineering tools and techniques, and producing high-quality reports.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Chartered Engineer or equivalent qualification is essential, along with a Master's Degree in a safety-related discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safety engineering solutions to meet client requirements
  • Examine evidence to support safety arguments
  • Produce high-quality reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
