Job Summary

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Fashion Jewellery Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic Buying team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing future product ranges to increase sales, profit, and performance for the Accessorize Jewellery department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales and competitor performance to identify opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute future product ranges to increase sales, profit, and performance for the Accessorize Jewellery department.
  • Product Delivery: Effectively manage the critical path to deliver products to customers on time while maximizing profitability.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to deliver great product, achieve margin targets, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Help develop the wider team through effective leadership and management.
Requirements
  • Fashion Jewellery Expertise: 5 years of experience in fashion jewellery, preferably from a high street fashion brand.
  • Product Development Skills: Strong skills in product development, including creativity and attention to detail.
  • Leadership Qualifications: Demonstrable success in leading your own area within Buying, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, with a focus on finding solutions.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
About the Company

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
