About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile DevOps Scrum Master to join our team at Atos SE. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile teams in the development and delivery of high-quality software products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Agile principles, DevOps practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and technical skills to enhance their capabilities and performance.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and program managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and traditional project management.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving abilities, with experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with collaboration tools like Azure ADO, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in a public sector or government environment, with familiarity with the Government Design System (GDS).
  • Knowledge of mainstream technology solutions and modern architectural principles, including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Level 1 Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I).
  • Level 2 Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSP, PSM II) is desirable.
