We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Strategist to drive growth and innovation in our streaming business.

About the Role:
This Senior Manager, Brand Marketing EMEA, Streaming will lead the brand strategy development for Max in the expanding EMEA region, working closely with local stakeholders and global colleagues to build and grow the Max brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies that elevate and differentiate Max in the marketplace, grow brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure local insights, language, and market considerations are taken into account in all brand activities.
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in brand marketing efforts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in brand marketing, preferably within the streaming entertainment industry or related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
- A hybrid work model combining remote and in-office work following our current company policy and agreed with your Line Manager.
