Job Title: Registered Nurse - Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary:
  • Provide person-centered care to residents with a focus on dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid and clear NMC pin registration number (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK.
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference.
