Job Summary:

Claire's is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing campaigns that align with our company's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional marketing campaigns, focusing on in-store signage and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure prompt and effective execution of promotional signage activities.
  • Ensure all promotional content is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with store planning, store operations, CPG Partners, and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with CPG, external agencies, and vendors as needed to execute marketing activities.

Data Tracking and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Vendor and Partner Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors and partners to manage the production and delivery of promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all vendor activities and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance promotional processes and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for promotional marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing or promotional roles, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns.

Skills and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Asana.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Dropbox.
  • Experience in managing promotional events and activities.
