About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced teachers and educational professionals to provide high-quality support to students in our Early Years Foundation Stage setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of independent learning skills and manage student learning effectively
  • Work in partnership with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons and assess student progress
  • Develop positive relationships with students and promote positive behaviours, consistently applying school policies
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral staff, and parents/carers to support all students' learning needs
Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills. You should be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team. A Level 3 teaching assistant apprenticeship qualification or equivalent experience is essential for this role.
