We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Options Resourcing. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Office Admin and Director with day-to-day tasks, data entry, and other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Senior Office Admin with administrative tasks and projects
- Assist the Director with ad-hoc administrative tasks, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Enter data into the database using systems such as SAP and Sage
- Answer phone calls from potential suppliers and clients
- Support the Operations Manager with meeting schedules and planning
- Provide data entry support as needed
- Assist in generating reports and documentation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in various Microsoft packages
- Experience with Sage or SAP
- Strong organizational skills
