Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Secured Loan Specialist to join our team at Brooke Harrison Recruitment. As a Secured Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of secured loan clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of secured loan clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow the client base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in secured lending or a related field.
  • Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales-based advisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
