New Product Development Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented New Product Development Coordinator to join our team at Quest Personal Care Global Ltd. As a key member of our New Product Development Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to ensure the successful launch of new skin care and beauty products.
About the Role:
As a New Product Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to the launch of new products, including:
- Setting up new items on our enterprise resource planning system (ERP)
- Updating product information throughout the new product development process
- Managing samples and ensuring they are organized and tidy
- Coordinating with suppliers to resolve sampling and production-related queries
- Assisting product developers with ad-hoc tasks, such as requesting component cutters and creating approval forms
- Supporting comp shops and store visits/benchmark purchasing
- Completing detailed artwork checks prior to final product sign-off
- Working with the operations department to ensure project sign-offs align with shipment dates
- Managing sales sample requests and pulling or requesting additional product samples to support sales meetings
- Supporting packing stock and props for events and exhibitions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong understanding and passion for the beauty industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Independent and proactive approach to work
- Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to a dynamic team
