Customer Liaison Service Desk Representative

About the Role

As a Customer Service Liaison at Belcan, you will be part of our on-site team for a prestigious and renowned scientific and pharmaceutical company. You will be the main link between the FM Service Desk, hard services, soft services, and the customer for all ongoing jobs related to asset maintenance and site services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communications, managing their needs and requirements.
  • Track information, produce daily reports, connect with Technical SME's (Subject matter experts), connect with customers, act as a point of escalation, post job completion surveys, chase customer approvals and monitor resolution of incidents, escalating or reassign where necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer service skills and experience.
  • Polite telephone manner and a positive attitude towards customer focus and care.
  • Problem solving and complaint handling.
  • Working Knowledge of SAP.
  • IT literate.
