AdTech Campaign Manager

**Job Overview:**
As a Programmatic Trader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, from initial set-up to optimization. This includes managing client relationships, developing and implementing innovative strategies, and utilizing data analysis and trading expertise to deliver high-performing campaigns.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet client objectives.
- Utilize data analysis and trading expertise to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Leverage data to inform buying decisions and surpass KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
The successful candidate will have 1-2+ years of Programmatic Trading experience, strong DSP experience (e.g., The Trade Desk, Xandr Invest, DV360), and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. In addition, they will have a proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding client expectations.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £40K + 20% quarterly bonus/commission, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
