We're seeking a talented Planning Development Manager to join our team in Telford, Shropshire. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the planning process, advising senior management on planning policy changes, and collaborating with design and construction teams on new projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of planning policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and experience working on high-value projects up to £20m. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package.

Job Description:
  • Lead the planning process and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on planning policy changes affecting our core business.
  • Collaborate with designers and builders on projects from RIBA stage 1-3.
  • Conduct research on local planning policies and conditions attached to planning approvals.
  • Work with the design and construction teams to address and discharge planning conditions.
