We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team at Circet UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing Civils and Cabling activities on Telecom Infrastructure Build and Maintenance Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out joint site meetings with clients and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Survey and mark up existing services within work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Identify and update job notes for DFEs as required.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the office and Project Manager on project progress.
  • Conduct daily toolbox audits and safety audits with direct staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out Safe to Start audits before commencing work to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct in-progress audits and coach operatives on site to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Carry out gate checks on gangs as they leave the yard to ensure a safe and efficient exit.

Requirements:

  • Experience and strong understanding of the SROH.
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level.
  • In-depth knowledge of the telecoms/civils industry.
  • IT skills to liaise with group works control.
  • Understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing.
  • Experience of demonstrating good communication skills and prioritizing works effectively.
  • Comfortable and confident working to tight timescales.
  • Experience of dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectively.
  • Experience of implementing, following, and amending procedures for service delivery as dictated by the client.
