Swimming Teacher Opportunity
Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Ensure classes commence and finish at designated times, and maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive experience.
- Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, and ensure all concerns of a child safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Continuously improve the swim lesson programme and service to swimmers and customers.
