Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
- Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Deliver lessons safely and effectively, adhering to regulations and guidance.
- Continuously improve our swim lesson programme and service to swimmers and customers.
