Job Overview

The role focuses on building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality service, and achieving sales targets. You will work with a dedicated team, including Commercial Account Handlers and a Personal Lines Account Executive for support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new business through a database provided by the company and your own lead generation efforts.
  • Develop strong client relationships, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all aspects of Commercial Insurance, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Uphold compliance with regulatory and company standards.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in handling Commercial Insurance, ideally in a broking environment.
  • A deep understanding of the UK general insurance market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • A proven sales track record in Commercial Insurance or existing client relationships.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of the Acturis system (advantageous).
Benefits

This opportunity comes with an attractive benefits package, including:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Business Mileage: Covered in addition to salary.
  • Death in Service Benefit: Available following successful completion of the probationary period.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus statutory holidays.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible Working: Option to work from home (maximum days per week after probation).
