About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that offers significant growth and leadership opportunities. As an experienced IT Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the installation, configuration, and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and workstations.
  • Provide IT support to customers, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage the setup and configuration of IT equipment and software.
  • Provide guidance and training to new engineers, focusing on high-quality IT support practices.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of IT processes and system configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer with:

Proven experience with IT support, including both hardware and software aspects.A strong understanding of IT systems, network devices, and the setup of IT infrastructure.Multi-technology experience, spanning Desktop, Server and Networking installation and support.A professional qualification such as a Microsoft or Cisco qualification will be a huge benefit.Benefits
