Contracts Lawyer Role

Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the South East. We are seeking an experienced Contracts / Procurement Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public sector clients, including local government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal support and advice to local authority clients to progress and complete procurement processes, including drafting contracts, reviewing tender documents, and addressing clarification issues.
  • Assisting local authority clients with company establishment, providing company secretarial support, and advising on general corporate issues for local authority trading companies.
  • Drafting construction contracts and associated documents on behalf of local authority clients, advising on issues arising in the preparation of and from construction contracts.
