Estimated salary for this role is £85,000. We are seeking an experienced Systems IVVQ Strategist to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) strategies for large design and development projects across our business.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the IVVQ phase of the product development lifecycle, ensuring that all work products are delivered to time, cost, and quality. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the collation of evidence to support population of the product VVRM in support of system certification
  • Preparing System Integration Verification Validation & Qualification activities
  • Liaising with project/bid requirements lead/team and the customer to ensure IVVQ is an integral part of the planning process at the start of the lifecycle
