We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead and oversee all our youth activities for ages 11-18. This role focuses on shaping the spiritual growth and pastoral care of our youth, ensuring every aspect aligns with the vision and values of our Leadership Team. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating youth activities, events, and programs
  • Mentoring and discipling young people
  • Developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with local youth

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with young people and a commitment to their spiritual development
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
