Maintenance Optimization Professional:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Optimization Professional to join our team at Finning International, working closely with the controller to optimize equipment availability for customers through proactive and efficient maintenance strategies.

This involves conducting regular site visits to inspect equipment, identifying potential issues before they arise, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. By taking a preventative approach, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough equipment inspections to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent failures
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with the controller to create and implement tailored maintenance plans that meet specific customer requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance techniques and strategies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant qualifications or experience in mechanical engineering or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional development.
