About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Nottingham, UK. As a key member of our Risk Office, you will be responsible for designing, scheduling, and implementing process improvement initiatives to drive business growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal risk or oversight groups to identify opportunities for improvement, manage projects to implement those opportunities, and produce regular process health reporting for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify strong process manager competencies and areas for improvement, and design initiatives to address those areas
  • Manage projects to implement process improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including 2nd Line Testing and Compliance Advisors

Requirements

  • Process and/or risk management experience, or a desire to learn and grow your career in this field
  • An ability to self-identify process improvements to improve efficiency and execute them
  • Previous experience working in a highly-regulated industry and/or corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused and flexible in a changing environment
