About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Worker to join our friendly and caring Christian school. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the provision of pastoral care and support pupils for their mental and physical welfare, encouraging positive attitudes and behaviour around school.
  • Be flexible and open to new ideas, a team player, and fully support the ethos and aims of the school.
  • Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations.
