Pastoral Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Worker to join our friendly and caring Christian school. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills, able to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the provision of pastoral care and support pupils for their mental and physical welfare, encouraging positive attitudes and behaviour around school.
- Be flexible and open to new ideas, with the ability to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations.
- Fully support the ethos and aims of the school, working collaboratively with staff, governors, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
