MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Ernest and Florent, a forward-thinking cost and project management construction consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a range of projects across various sectors, including Private Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel, and Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full range of projects in all sectors, including MEP and M&E experience
  • Develop and implement cost and project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the MEP team and the MEP side of the business

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Preferably MRICS
  • MEP/M&E experience
  • Experience within the built environment
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
